French Antique glass candlesticks “Portieux – Vallerysthal”
Definition.
Beautiful French art deco candle holders, these are decorated with a bust of a mythical woman. The base is triangular and has goat heads as decoration.
These are made of cast glass with a crystal content to achieve a more beautiful shine.
The candlesticks are made of a combination of clear and frosted glass.
1 candle holder has a crack, which is caused by a candle that has burned too deeply.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for antique glassware over 100 years old.
