Bronze gold-plated inkstand
Definition.
Very nice inkstand made in France in the middle of the 19th century.
The ink set is beautifully decorated, in the middle is a little devil playing a flute.
The inkstand is made of bronze and is beautifully gold-plated.
Exceptionally, the original earthenware pots are still present to put the ink in.
The inkstand also comes with a holder for tissue paper.
This was used to dab up ink stains that had been made.
Given its age, a small trace of use may be present.
