MZ Dresden
Porcelain making emerged in Europe in the early 18th century with the establishment of the Meissen factory in East Germany producing decorative porcelainware and figurines.
This spawned the industry and our founder, Anton Müller established Müller Volkstedt – the fore-runner of Irish Dresden in 1907 in Volkstedt, Germany. Since 1962, the Saar family have been producing Irish Dresden figurines in Ireland.
