Belgian art deco glass candlesticks “Durover”

Definition.

This beautiful antique glass candle holders is made in the late 19th century by the Belgian glass/ crystal factory Durover.

The candlesticks are made of cast glass, with a crystal content to achieve a more beautiful shine.

They are beautifully decorated with a twisted trunk that flows into the base.

This motif is also called "Bambou tors"

Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade art deco glassware.
